Bus mechanics

in a bus company’s fleet. Their work is never
the same and always offers new challenges. Bus mechanics
have a lot of responsibility and often work independently
with minimum supervision. They enjoy a secure, but
exciting job and usually good benefits. They also
often have access to ongoing training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Performs inspections, routine maintenance and repairs
on buses
- Troubleshoots, often using computers
- May perform roadside repairs
- Ensures all vehicles operate safely and efficiently
Required Skills:
Depending on their position Bus Mechanics need some or all
of these skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility and safety-consciousness
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills

$28,000 - $50,000
